Disclaimer

Xignal is a monitoring and notification tool — not a source of investment advice. Nothing on this site, in the app, or in any alert is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Not Investment, Financial, or Legal Advice

Xignal notifies you when conditions you configure — a price level, a percent move, a volume threshold, or a new SEC filing — are met. That is all an alert means. It is not analysis, not a signal to act on, and not a substitute for your own research or a licensed financial advisor. Alerts are impersonal: they are generated mechanically from parameters you configure and are not tailored to your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. No advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship is created by your use of the Service. We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners, and nothing on this site should be construed as such.

No Offer or Solicitation

Nothing on this site or in the Service is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or other financial instrument, in any jurisdiction.

No Guarantee of Accuracy or Timeliness

Market data, quotes, and SEC filing information are sourced from third parties (including exchange data feeds and SEC EDGAR). While we aim for accuracy, data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and email/SMS delivery can fail or be delayed due to factors outside our control (carrier issues, spam filtering, downtime). Quotes may be sourced from a subset of market venues and may differ from consolidated or official exchange prices. Do not use Xignal as your only source for time-sensitive trading decisions.

Trading Involves Substantial Risk

Trading securities — particularly penny stocks and small-cap stocks — carries a high risk of loss. Prices can be volatile, illiquid, and subject to sudden dilution or manipulation. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past price behavior or patterns are not indicative of future results.

Past Performance & Examples

Any examples, screenshots, or descriptions of alerts — including alerts that "caught" a particular move — illustrate the notification function only. They are not typical results, not a promise that future alerts will have similar timing or usefulness, and not an indication of any profit you would have made. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You Are Responsible for Your Own Decisions

Every decision to buy, sell, or hold a security is yours alone. Xignal, its founder, and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or financial outcomes resulting from your use of the Service, whether or not those decisions were made in connection with an Xignal alert.

SEC Filing Alerts

Dilution-related alerts (e.g. S-3, 424B5, ATM filings) flag that a company has filed paperwork that may relate to dilution — they are not confirmation that dilution will occur, nor an assessment of its financial impact. Always read the underlying filing on SEC EDGAR before making a decision.

Consult a Professional

If you need investment, legal, or tax advice, consult a licensed professional. Xignal is not a substitute for one.
